All our parcels are despatched using Royal Mail or our courier Business Post.  You will be required to sign for your goods upon delivery as proof of delivery.  When you sign for your goods please check them in presence of the driver, as you are signing that you have recieved your goods in good condition.  If you are not happy with the condition of your goods please inform the driver and do not accept the delivery.  If you sign for the goods we cannot accept any claims for loss or damage to the items.

Once your item has been despatched you can view your tracking number in the My Account section.  Your tracking reference can be entered at the Business Post web-site to provide accurate tracking information.

FREE Delivery over £50
All order values over £50 will receive FREE delivery to a mainland UK address.

Customer Collection
Customers may choose to collect their orders from our Cannock warehouse.  This option can be selected when placing an order of any value and is FOC.  Address for collection is PartsWorld Ltd, Orbital Way, Cannock, Staffs, WS11 8XW.  Please bring with you a printout of your order to speed up collection.  A map of our location can be found by clicking here.

Royal Mail 1st Class
Orders under £50 and less than 1kg in weight can be shipped within the UK by Royal Mail.  This is not a guaranteed service and you should choose this option at your risk.  Cost is £5.99 for UK addresses.  All products detail pages have the individual product's weight listed.

Business Post
Orders under £50 can be shipped within the UK by Business Post.  This is a 48 hour courier service (exc. Weekends & Holidays).  Parcels can be fully tracked from the time they leave us.  Cost is £9.50 for mainland UK addresses.

If you are not available to sign for your goods at the time of delivery and have NOT provided us with additional delivery details you will be charged an additional £5 for each re-attempted delivery.

Northern Ireland and the following Scottish postcodes KW, IV, AB, PH, PA & DD will be charged at £20 per parcel unless your total order is less than 1kg, in which case this can be delivered via Royal Mail.  If you reside in Northern Ireland or the post codes above please call us to place your order on 01543 431959, any orders placed online will not be shipped until full payment has been made for shipping.

Non-Mainland UK Addresses
Delivery addresses outside of the mainland UK can be accomodated.  Please email us to enquire about your specific order and we can quote over the telephone for your specific requirements.  Any orders placed for delivery to Ireland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands etc... will not be processed until a separate shipping quote has been agreed.
